If you're seeing someone else's information, chances are you're seeing their old cached info. This frequently happens at the public library, schools, etc.
Hit CTRL-F5 to refresh the page and see if it brings up the correct info.
You may also try to manually clear out your "cookies." Make sure you only have
one web browser window open. Navigate to a different site than Mojo - you don't want Mojo on your screen when you do this. In Internet Explorer, choose TOOLS at the top of your browser window and then choose INTERNET OPTIONS. On that screen, under Temporary Internet Files, choose DELETE COOKIES. After the deletion is done, close your browser completely and then re-open it. Navigate to Mojo; and if you're still seeing someone else's info, use the CTRL-F5 to request a hard refresh.
If you're still seeing someone else's info, your browser might be acting up. This happens a lot in Internet Explorer when the Temporary Internet Files are maxed out. At the very top of Internet Explorer, choose TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS. Under the Temporary Internet Files section, choose DELETE FILES. Make sure to check the box for offline content/files as well. After the deletion is done, choose BUHBYE again and then use the CTRL-F5 on the homepage.
If all of the above still doesn't work, try rebooting your computer.
Still seeing someone else's info? ARGH! Seek professional technical help because we're out of ideas here.
