Don't be naive. You'll only be wasting your time and ours, and your lame threats are likely to annoy us. If you're a member, you can guarantee that we will also immediately remove you from the site. If you do bother to sue us, we promise you that we will sue you right back, purely on principle.

Here's the lowdown... Mojo is classified as a "common carrier", much like your cell phone provider or your Internet access provider. We are no more responsible for the words or the actions of folks using Mojo than a phone company is responsible for what people say when using their phones. Mojo is only a medium for communication and networking; we are not the cause of your problems (that was probably your parents' doing).

Per our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for the actions of the members, either on or off of our site. We only provide the communication tools; and frankly, we're not even responsible for providing this service in any accurate or timely manner, though we do try our best.

So, to summarize...

1. You are responsible for yourself
   
2. Other people are responsible for their own actions
   
3. Parents are responsible for their children's actions
   
4. Mojo is NOT responsible for any of you

Now, with that said... if you can treat us with some modicum of respect, I think you'll find that we're more than glad to assist you with any real problems you might be having with other members. There are numerous report abuse links scattered around the site, and using one of them will allow you to get your issue in front of a site administrator in a speedy fashion. Alternately, you can use the contact link at the top of the screen to contact an administrator.

If there are true threats or systematic harassment that we can see on the site, we'll be able to take action. If it has something to do with off-site issues, you need to contact a law enforcement officer.

And finally... please do not bring your crazy drama to us. We don't care what your BFF's cousin's friend said about your baby daddy. ;-)
