This screen indicates that an error has occurred.
Sometimes this error will appear when we're working on the servers, the code, etc. It's often prudent to give it 15 or 30 minutes and try again. You'll frequently find that the error is gone.
If you received this when trying to upload a picture, make sure that you're uploading a GIF or JPG image. Mojo will not accept other picture formats.
If you received this when submitting an online form, look down to the line that reads
error description: if inside of this description you see the line that reads
String or binary data would be truncated it means you've attempted to provide too much text. We use JavaScript to police the amount of data entered into a text form, but sometimes it may not work if you're pasting text into the fields. Just shorten the amount of text you're trying to provide, and you should be able to submit your information without any more problems.
Please be patient with us, as we're always working to make the system better. When these errors appear, they show up in our logs and we tend to catch them pretty quickly. If you've waited a day and the same function is still NOT working for you, please write to us (using the
contact link up top) and send us the FULL TEXT of the error message (you can cut and paste it into an email). Let us know exactly what you were trying to do when you got this error, and we'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
