about my video...on my profile
Fully nude strip searches of females are being forcefully conducted by male police officers, against policy, and in Abu Ghraib torture style, in Stark County Ohio. The women are video-taped and left naked for up to six hours.
Near the beginning of the video you can see the black male officer helping to strip Hope's panties off of her while another male officer holds her down. The woman's bra and panties are removed along with all her clothing, exposing her bare naked breasts, ass, and vagina in front of the male officers. She is eventually completely stripped and left naked and handcuffed on

A Smoking Ban Isn't Going to Ruin Your Business
We heard all of the whining when Louisville passed its smoking ban -- restaurants and bars complaining that a smoking ban would ruin their business. The theory is that people will no longer come to a specific restaurant/bar if they're not allowed to smoke inside of it. Apparently business owners in Southern Indiana missed the part where this argument didn't work over in Louisville because they're all trying to pull the same sob story to prevent their city leaders from passing a similar smoking ordinance in New Albany.
Every night on the news I have to watch a different New Albany business own

Keep the Chickens Away From the Vegetables
Kroger announced last week that they were pulling all of their jalapeños off of the shelves due to a possible salmonella contamination. Officials are now saying that the salmonella outbreak originally attributed to tomatoes may not have been from tomatoes at all -- it may have been from jalapeños imported from Mexico.
Seeing as it's summer and all, the most baffling thing to me is that people are still buying produce from supermarkets when fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables can be had just by making a short drive to the nearest farmers' market. Sure, it's less convenient than buying y

Unwarranted Action
I have a friend who is a legal immigrant. He works a legal job, pays his bills on time, buys American, and is proud to be here. He is quiet and unassuming. He enjoys shooting pool and having a beer or two in a little neighborhood bar down the street. I've seen him on several occasions gracefully endure the occasional drunken (or otherwise) suggestions from "real" Americans to get his ass back across the border. It always upsets me more than him.
Last night I witnessed another incident that crossed a big ole line in my book. I happened to be standing outside when he pulled in the parking l

Louisville's a great city to live in. Who knew??
So Outside Magazine just published it's list of best places to live in America and guess who made it in at No. 7? That's right, us. It seems that somebody else is noticing what we've known for quite awhile. Louisville is a great place to live.
Outside magazine focuses on the outdoor sports lifestyle (surprise with a name like that) and so that's a lot of the focus in their list. It seems somebody visited Louisville and noticed the insanely great park system. I mean, how many cities have a 6,300 acre forest pretty much entirely within the county limits? The Louisville Loop also got some covera

Points of view
You know I was thinking about our country while on my way to work this morning. And this week is the Fourth of July and yes we celebrate our independence from England's rule. I don't feel like celebrating at all, we left England to get away from the upper class and poor class way of life, where the hierarchy ruled and taxed the people to the brink of below even poverty. Now today in the present we have basically the same thing and we are going to celebrate anyway. F the fourth most people couldn't tell you why we celebrate it anyway. Now watch how the gas in town goes up with that holiday. The

Kids with diseases
What's up with Canada? I think that they should have to return the money back to the family. The little girl was in enough pain as it is, now she had to wait and see if she gets to go. That's bullshit!! I feel that Gov. Fletcher should get on the airlines asses and if that don't work he should get the little girl across the world on his own plane. The little girl don't have much time to live and neither does her brother. We all need to help them out and fight for what's right. This family is struggling and the airline industry isn't noticing it.

why local services are so expensive, and what can we do about it!
as a small business owner i have found out in my first year of business one reason why services in this area is so expensive. it is the AT&T real yellow pages!!!!! Too many years as the ONLY game in town made them insane!! a simple full page add cost me $2758 bucks PER MONTH!!
but there are 2 other yellow pages in this area now: yellow book (the newest), and User Friendly(8th year). and how does these two stack up price wise??? a full page add in yellow book(the exact same add) costs
$1200 a month. User Friendly is even better, for a full page full color, a dollar bill full color, and an inli

Kathie Lee Gifford's remarks on the Today Show
This afternoon I received an email regarding remarks made on NBC's
the Today Show this morning.
After investigating for myself I found that Kathie Lee Gifford did in
fact say "Pagans, the nasty, bad Pagans" in her dialog during a
segment on today's Today Show called "Who Knew?".
In the segment she was going from table to table at a wedding
reception of a couple who was being featured on the show and at 4
minutes and 27 seconds into the segment she asked a gentleman "Why do
you wear your wedding band on your left ring finger?", to which she
gave 3 possible responces. The third of the
