It is a stationary bike that the child can play on TV. I have 2 games to go with it. My very hyper child has out grown it but loved it very much. Stores have them for just under $100. I also have a travel system stroller (any baby carrier will fit it) also a couple of baby carriers (car seat type) and a couple of baby bouncers.
