I am looking for someone to help share rent and utilities. All together everything utility wise runs at about 200 dollars split 2 ways. And rent is 600 dollars split 2 ways. I would like first and last but i will be able to take payment on the last month. The house is 3 bedroom 2 bath and 1700 sq ft. It has a basement that is unfinished. I do have a cat but an animal would have to be up for discussion. (all ulilities included) we have a washer and dryer in the apt.
