I am going on a cruise soon. Before they took the show Doctors off the air they had the editor from Fitness magazine on there. She suggested to keep people motivated to keep working out to keep a fitness journal and a work out bank. They way the can visually see what they are doing and saving up for something they wouldn't normally buy for themselves or treat out to dinner somewhere. I put money back for all the days I work out, walk to and from places and if I have lost any weight. I think this was a great way to keep me motivated in working out and to save money.
