My mother is 64 (she'll be 65 in June) and she's trying to find nice income based and/or senior apartments in a good neighborhood, but we're having trouble locating very many. Any links or places to look would be greatly appreciated.

Shalom Towers is great in a great neighborhood. It's a plus to speak Russian there.
